"Possibly the worst and least professional business I’ve ever interacted with. I’ve been with State Farm for 10+ years and have never had such a negative experience as I did with Robby Latham’s agency. Multiple times I requested policy changes that were either ignored or were done multiple months later. And when I called the office to express my frustrations, I was not met with any ownership of the issues, but blamed for them. Based on their very positive reviews, I have to think this was personal. Please use caution approaching this agency as their negligence could cost you, as it did/could have further cost me."
